When you’ve got a whip unlike anything we’ve ever seen, you need a goggle to match.
The rider for the people, Patrick Evans, is known for sending it big in silence aboard his E-MX, but this signature MXG-250 is anything but silent.
Patrick is a racer turned free rider whose X Games gold medals, and slew of sweet video parts has made him rise to the top of the freestyle moto scene. Styled after the animal that Patrick is, this custom goggle features a futuristic black and white zebra pattern across the frame and straps with a bright pop from our sunblast red lenses.
With the MXG-250 you get 2mm thick optically clear, impact resistant injected lens, Interior anti-fog coated lenses, triple layer foam for max comfort + sweat absorption, an XL 50mm wide Strap with bold branding, and a RAM-JET forward facing vent system for moisture control. Last but not least the goggles feature triple post tear off support for standard single layer tear offs or a Racing Optics® 7 Layer Laminated stack.
Updates for 2025 include denser perimeter foam to cut down on dust and dual silicone adhesive stripes on the strap.

Track Tested
We worked behind the scenes with top names throughout the development of the MXG-250 to test and dial in the platform. The MXG-250 has been flying around tracks and trails all during development to ensure proper form, fit and function.
Ram-Jet forward facing vent system
On the face of the MXG-250, you will find 4 Ram-JET forward facing vents, a patented system that promotes airflow to the interior to move air around, and cool things down. Moving air aids in reducing temperatures, and helps speed up evaporation.

We know the importance of clear vision - That is why we have equipped the MXG-250 with triple post tear off support. Not only that, but we have teamed up with the best in the industry; RACING OPTICS® to use their patented 7-layer laminated tear-off system, custom fit to the HEAT WAVE MXG-250 to clear the way with a flick of the wrist.

For our intro into the MX goggle realm we did it the same way we do everything - From scratch. We developed the MXG-250 from the ground up with purpose - To have genuinely good, offering in the moto space. The end result is a goggle that melds form and function in a race-ready package that is unmistakably a Heat Wave product.
The MXG-250 comes out of the gate hooked-up featuring premium materials and craftsmanship with top-tier fit and finish. Things such as impact resistant, optically correct injected lenses with anti-fog coatings, and triple layer foams are all a gold standard for our first moto.
The MXG-250 features a glove-like fit with a tighter eye port arc that boasts an Extra-Large FOV without looking alien, in turn offering a clean bespoke-like fit with the most popular helmet designs and shapes.
The most noticeable piece of the MXG-250 is an extra-wide 50mm adjustable elastic strap with the HEATWAVE Billboard embossed on top.

It is crucial to securely fit the lenses into the frame for optimal performance. It's important to note that motorsports, namely motorcycle and UTV riding is inherently dangerous, and relying solely on these goggles does not ensure safety or prevent accidents or injuries. Please be aware that our goggles were not specifically designed to protect against hard objects or in the event of a fall. Heat Wave Visual Inc. cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained while using our goggles. Additionally, it is not recommended to use tinted lenses in low-light conditions such as nighttime or twilight. While our goggles provide enhanced protection against small particles, they are not designed to prevent injuries caused by high-energy impacts or severe bending, twisting, torsion, or crushing forces resulting from collisions. It's crucial to understand that no protective goggles can offer complete protection against all types of injuries.
Care Instructions:
Your Heat Wave Visual® frames and lenses feature coatings that require special care to avoid scratching. Clean lenses only with provided microfiber bag / cloth. If the frame or lens needs additional cleaning use only mild soap and water, or a designated optical cleaning solution. Cleaning lenses with anything other than the provided cloth can scratch or damage the lens and coating. Scratched lenses are not covered under warranty. Always store sunglasses in provided bag, and preferably in a cool dry space, away from excessive heat (such as the dashboard of your car) or direct sunlight.
Due to the various chemicals and compounds found in beauty, skin and hair care products it is recommended to keep glasses and lenses clear from creams, sunscreen, makeup, deodorizers, sprays, aerosols, etc. If glasses come in contact with these products, the goggles should be rinsed and cleaned immediately.
How to remove and install lenses:
The Heat Wave Visual® MXG-250 feature a standard goggle lens retention system allowing you to swap lenses in and out to adapt to any situation.
